Horrible

My little sister loved the app. Now they want me to pay $6.99 a month just for access! Liked it better when it was old. It says that you have to pay $75 to keep the games unlocked all the time. That basically says that you have to pay $75 for a stupid app! Worst. App. Ever.

Theives

I paid for the app and now the want me to pay a subscription... Just plain bad business. Dont bother trying this app

CHARGED TWICE, IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

Do not get this APP!!! You will regret it! I bought it on a device and it never worked. Never got my refund. Then I bought a “lifetime” subscription, but it isn’t- tried to cancel, couldn’t figure it out and now I’m charged again!

It is a trick

They let you play a little then take it away without notice. The games are not that impressive either. Only one language (english).

$7 Is too much to invest in your childs education?

I love this app and program. My two children have learned so much and have grown leaps and bounds over the past year incredibly because of what it has taught them. I cant believe people are giving this beautifully and well thought out educational program one star just because they have to pay seven dollars. Dont you think the people who made this app have to feed their families as well? If you are looking for a quality program and you actually think seven dollars is worth the investment for your childs future and education, I highly recommend and cant say enough good things about what this program will do for your child as well as the different report cards that Im able to share with their teachers. In fact, the report cards that I shared last year has actually helped my oldest child with her reading/learning struggles and some of the phonics that she was had problems with in first grade. Shes now one of the top readers in her class. And I do believe it has a lot to do because of the games that she has played with this program. The only thing that keeps their attention as long as this program is Frozen. Lol. Invest in this. You wont regret it. (I think there is even a free trial but not certain.)

So disappointed

My daughter loved these games and now we cant access any of them without paying a ridiculous amount for a subscription! Um no.

Well worth it!

I love this app. My daughter has used it for about 3 years now and it keeps updating to her mentality. It is the best app and program that I have ever found on both the apple and Google stores. I paid the 80 for unlimited so that I dont have to pay monthly or even yearly. 80 for unlimited profiles and unlimited use is a small price for my daughter and soon to be sons education some people pay a lot more for schooling a month.

Great learning app

My son loves this app for learning. Its great because when he gets a little bored with it, the app has little games to let him chill and get back to the learning.

Took free content away

They took the games my children have played for the last couple years and put them behind a subscription pay wall. Not ok.

Agnitus is honorable

This is to all of you haters of this app: you dont know what youre talking about and you are foolish. This is the first review Ive ever posted for an app... Ever! Let me first set the premise. I am cheap and not afraid to say it. I save napkins from restaurants to put in my car, even if its just one single napkin. I wear the same dress shirt to work almost 4 days a week to save on washing clothes. I base my lunches on the coupons I have. I reuse my plastic water bottles. I only wore free t-shirts from computer shows every day back in high school. I wash my car once every six months. I am male, and get a haircut every 2 months. Get the point? BUT, I am an entrepreneur and a business man. I am educated. I make way more than enough to take care of my family of a wife and two children. I only make smart investments. For example, a car is one of the worst investments you can make because the higher the value of the car, the faster it depreciates and loses value. I am keenly aware of what are good investments and what are not. Now. This app is one of the best investments I have ever made. Notice I didnt use the word "purchase". Almost all of my money always go into things that give me more value back than what I put in, hence, investment. How, you may ask? At first, like you, I was bummed out that they took away all the games my daughter was playing and thoroughly enjoyed for quite some time and required a paid subscription. I left the app thinking maybe a better deal would come along. There wasnt. So I actually calculated the time she spent on other games, some $1 some up to $5 but it just wasnt the same and the content of those games didnt encourage any type of learning nor any curriculum. Like any investment, I calculated the time my daughter would spend on it and the benefits this app would give and decided to pay for the lifetime subscription. Looking back, it was worth every penny and I tell all my friends and relatives that I paid the full $xx price for this app and it was the best purchase on the App Store hands down... Ever. They get confused and think "How is this even possible? And especially for this guy?!" (Yes, my cheapness has become popular). At that moment I know that they are "penny wise and dollar foolish".(Google that). Learn from the truly wealthy people of America. They are smart with their money. Think of this: What is the price of the lifetime subscription anyways compared to a couple dinners, the money you spend on countless toys that end up being tossed away, or the amount you spend on daycare, Netflix or Starbucks? Isnt sacrificing some of that worth educating your child with? In the end, my daughter was truly able to learn a lot from this app whether itd be singing, tracing letters, logic, etc, far more than what daycare can do for her. My son is going to be 6 months soon and I cant wait for him to start playing it. The return on investment is stellar. Id like to thank the app creators and the people behind the educational curriculum of this app and the thought that went into building this app. I am an IT project management analyst and know this app was one HUGE project and Im glad it paid off for you guys. I know theres just too much hate from people that dont understand what it takes to build an app like this and expect people to work for free when they themselves obviously dont work for a $0 paycheck. But hey, thats what provoked me to write this review! My kids will continue using your apps for a long time! Enjoy!!!

Love it

I cant believe all the 1 star ratings because its a paid app. Things change over time and the developers had done what they think its best. The ONLY reason this app has such low ratings are because people are too cheap to subscribe, yet they probably spend more than $7 on school supply and other things for their kids. We used to have ABC mouse and my daughter hated it. This is a dollar cheaper and I think its way better. We use it as a supplement with homeschooling. There is a week free trial for the cheap people but quality supplement is important to us and we have nothing but God things to say about this app...so far.

Excellent app!

Of all the educational apps, both free and paid, this has been by far the best. I began using it when it was free and my child was 2. He is now 4 and we have just paid for lifetime access. Im surprised by all the one star reviews by cheap parents who raved about their children loving it when it was free but not willing to invest in the games development or their childrens education. Def worth the cost for us!

Crashes

Crashes every time my daughter tries to play a game. Please fix. My daughter has been on this app since she was 2, now 5. Please fix crash issues.

Pay the upfront fee, not a monthly fee

Its an excellent program for for kids 14 months and up, teaches reading, and math, its way better than the waste of money ABC mouse. Pay the one time fee of 75$, you get all the automatic updates and improvements, worth every penny, if you want your kids to get a head start before kindergarten. I am surprised with all these low reviews, glad now I took the time.

Love

We love the app and our daughter loves it but only thing is is was deleted off my phone for a while and now trying to download it it wont download

Password reset

I have not been able to retrieve my password... I am not receiving an email when it says it is sent... Just trying to redo my subscription and its not letting me, the app, online nothing. Very disappointed!

Amazing app!

PARENTS IN QUESTION AS TO THE LOW RATINGS: Do NOT pay any attention the the individuals that are giving this app a 1⭐️ rating! Agnitus is worth the cost! Ive been reading the comments from the people that rated the app low and here is what it boils down to...theyre mad because they now have to pay. Thats IT! The low ratings are NOT due to the quality of the education that it provides. To start, you get a FREE trial week. From there, you can either pay $6.99 a month, pay by the year, or get a lifetime subscription for roughly $130. Agnitus does have promo code coupons so that youll be able to get a fairly decent discount. Overall, this app is worth the cost! Parents, please dont be fooled by the poor-excuse-ratings! Get the app and be prepared to be amazed!! The app is a real tool in our home! I have 3 children under 5yo that use Agnitus and I must say, this has been so beneficial for ALL of us. First of all, it teaches them skills that are geared toward their age. Once they start to grasp a lesson, it is recognized by the app and then the future lessons are centered around where theyre each at in their learning development. Its pretty amazing! We choose to pay $6.99 monthly for Agnitus and feel that it is worth the money! All 3 children are on the same account, but each have their own little separate account that saves everything that they do. Theyre all able to play/learn at the same time, on different devices, and do their own thing. I can honestly say that my children love Agnitus and are more than happy to learn with this app. It has been made to be fun, so they dont even realize that theyre actually learning lifelong needed skills! Ive seen many people complain about the cost change. Let me ask you this...what is your childs education valued at? $7 a month (I pay $7 for 3 children combined) is nothing compared to the hundreds of dollars you would spend taking them to an expensive daycare or after school program, every day of every month. This app is a combination of both worlds. I am happy to pay the cost it takes to continually have their education right in our own home and available 24/7! We use Agnitus and ABC Mouse in combination, to excel their learning and am happy to say that I prefer Agnitus over the other. This app shows you their learning average, their grades for each subject, and for each lesson. Its easy for parents to see their childs progress and goes above and beyond what Id expect an inexpensive app to do. So for parents that are in question as to whether this app is worth the money...YES!! Yes it is. My Husband and I could not be more pleased, not only with the technological advance of the app, but at the advances that our children have made because of it. Thank you Agnitus for not only creating a foundation on which our children can learn, but for giving us the piece of mind that it doesnt have to cost an arm and a leg for a quality education.

Need customer support to answer me

This is an utterly fantastic app. I have a monthly subscription that I really really want to upgrade but Im still waiting on Agnitus contacting me. This morning all the apps are locked and Im being told I need to subscribe when I cant even unsubscribe. NO NO NO! So frustrated. I am emailing again this morning, please answer and rectify. Btw I want the $79.99 lifetime.

Glitchy and lacking adequate support.

First, let me state - I think the concept of this app is great and easily worth the price point. Many of these reviews seem to be focused on the price, but when you think about what this program offers - a few bucks a month is nothing. Theres no such thing as a free lunch - and people need to get paid somehow to run something like this. Now, with that said - I pretty much immediately decided to pay for a subscription for my kids, unfortunately neither the site more the app was registering the purchase. This was frustrating. So, I reached out to support and got an automated message back saying theyd get to me in 24-48 hours - which by itself is honestly quite a bit of time for support to take on a paid app. At this point I would have wished that was accurate, because it ended up taking about two weeks! In the meantime I checked out their Twitter, facebook, and YouTube, and saw that none of them had been updated for about a year or more... This left me concerned. So I purchased a product, couldnt really use it for two weeks. Now they seem to have fixed it which is great - but I believe they had to do something manually to make it work. In the mean time 2 weeks have passed and the subscription was still running, so right now Im out 2 weeks from what I paid for. I will update this review as things progress - but as a potential customer, you should know that support is lacking and if you want to use this game you may really have to work for it yourself to make that happen. Tl;dr: great concept, worth the price, payment integration seems buggy, support is majorly lacking

Great for my 3 yrs old.

We have now owned this app for a little over a year. I bought the lifetime membership. My daughter loves the songs and brushing ickys teeth. I would defiantly recommend this app.
