Not bad

I got the app and paid for a one year subscription. Some of the games kept crashing, when I signed up and looked at my profile there was an email address for them that was supposed to be my address. I couldnt change it. Your supposed to be able to use it on different devices, but it wouldnt let me sign in at all. I tried contacting the company twice with no response. If I could give them no stars I would. Please dont waste your money.

This is so ridiculous. No wonder the ratings are bad. The game is free to download but you cant even play one game or do anything without subscribing for $7 a month. Complete rip off. Anyone who subscribes to this either has a lot of money to waste or is just an idiot. Like the Froggerza person who left a review saying how great this is for $7 but forgot to mention its $7 per month not one time fee. You are more ridiculous then the this stupid app. Thats way too much for any app. Some advise for the makers of this game: dont make a game free to download if you cant even try it before paying anything. I would give you zero stars if I could.

Tried the free trial. Did not work. Sign up monthly still did not work. 2nd month still keep saying that i need to subscribe which i did.,then maybe restoring would help. So basically my 5 year old never get to enjoy it but still payed for it :(

So disappointed and frustrated by the app and support. We have paid for the monthly subscription but couldnt open any programs on the app after the free one day trial. Kept having error that says "you need to subscribe to unlock the game" even though we have already paid for the subscription through the app. Ive sent a mail to the support on 26th September about the issue but no response for over two weeks. So I have sent them another message about the issue and hoping they are Hobbs fix it or at least refund. 7 dollars isnt big money but the frustration caused by their support and service plus time we had to wait / deal with the issue deserve a full refund. Anyways, I cant tell if this app is worth 7 / month. But Ill find something else with a better service...

After happily using this app for a while, I paid for a lifetime membership. Now I cant use the app at all. It recognizes I have a membership but now always behaves as if Im in the free demo mode. I have tried it on multiple devices and it will not work. And worse, it seems that now that the company has my money they have no interest in providing support. My children havent been able to use this app for months. I have submitted many support request via the website and via email. I even requested a refund. I receive only silence. Very frustrating. Very poor service. Strongly recommend you support a different company.

Buyer beware! This app LOOKS great and works for a little while but then it will kick you off and ask you to subscribe again, meanwhile charging you for a subscription you already signed up for! DONT expect to get a response from support, it is non-existent. Should have read the complaints on their social media before signing up. Not sure why Apple still allows this app on their market, they will steal your money and not answer you! Dont say you werent warned!

The free trial was great. Purchased it yesterday & now it wont load at all. Ive tried multiple devices.

Both my kids love this app. Many nice little games, songs. And polished interface.

My daughter like it very much. She is only three years old and is going very well.

Keeps freezing. Please fix, but other then that its a cute little application

It wont send me the report card

Just tried it out. Excited for my kids to give it a try.

As soon as my son gets into playing this game it freezes or screen goes black.

My daughter loved playing this. It would get five stars but it froze while she was playing. Fix it up and it will earn five next time.

My son loves this. Its a great game for the grocery store.

My 3 year old is loving this app. My six year old was bored with it quickly.

Great game it gives kids visual auto recognition of colours letters . My Alissa 4 lives it keeps her thinking smiling

I can see this being a great educational app because it tests so many aspects of a kids learning, but it switches randomly to screens I didnt choose, and the dragging features arent as accurate as they could be in some games.
