Bad support and service
So disappointed and frustrated by the app and support. We have paid for the monthly subscription but couldnt open any programs on the app after the free one day trial. Kept having error that says "you need to subscribe to unlock the game" even though we have already paid for the subscription through the app. Ive sent a mail to the support on 26th September about the issue but no response for over two weeks. So I have sent them another message about the issue and hoping they are Hobbs fix it or at least refund. 7 dollars isnt big money but the frustration caused by their support and service plus time we had to wait / deal with the issue deserve a full refund. Anyways, I cant tell if this app is worth 7 / month. But Ill find something else with a better service...
